Andrew Wilson, Chief Executive Officer


As CEO of Electronic Arts, Andrew Wilson has aligned the company around three core strategic pillars: putting players first, driving a digital transformation and operating as one team. During Andrew’s tenure as CEO, EA has launched groundbreaking new games and services, reached record player engagement levels across its global franchises, and transformed into one of the world’s leading digital entertainment companies.

Andrew has held several positions during his over 15 years at EA, providing leadership on product and brand development for both packaged goods and digital services. Prior to being appointed CEO in 2013, Andrew served as executive vice president of EA SPORTS and Origin where he oversaw all aspects of the EA SPORTS business and development, as well as EA’s digital PC service.

Andrew has also led EA’s Online Organization overseeing the direct-to-consumer business, Asia Online Publishing as well as the EA studio in Seoul, Korea. In addition, he previously served as vice president and executive producer of all EA SPORTS FIFA games, growing the property into one of the largest videogame franchises of all time.

A native of Geelong, Victoria, Australia, Andrew began playing games at a young age and got his start working for a consortium of online companies that specialized in the creation of content and services for sports and entertainment media.

Andrew has been named one of the “Top People in Business” by FORTUNE, one of the “Most Creative People” by Fast Company, and one of the “100 Most Influential Leaders in Marketing, Media and Tech” by AdWeek.

Andrew is a member of the Intel Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Board for the World Surf League. He is also a member of the United Nations HeForShe IMPACT 10x10x10, a group of 10 global CEOs, 10 heads of state and 10 university presidents committed to being change agents to advance gender equality. In his spare time, you can find him playing games, surfing and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.

Blake Jorgensen, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer


Blake Jorgensen is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts. He is responsible for EA’s financial management, operational effectiveness, and developing business strategies and opportunities for EA’s long-term growth.

Mr. Jorgensen joined EA in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in finance spanning across different industries, with a deep understanding of technology, consumer products, online commerce and entertainment.

Prior to joining EA, Mr. Jorgensen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Levi Strauss & Co. Previously, Mr. Jorgensen was Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc., from June 2007 to June 2009. Before joining Yahoo! Inc., Mr. Jorgensen was the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Director of Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners, which he co-founded in 1998. He has also held financial and operational positions at Montgomery Securities, MAC Group/Gemini Consulting and Marakon Associates.

Mr. Jorgensen holds a degree in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He and his wife Debbie live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Patrick Söderlund, Chief Design Officer and Executive Vice President, Electronic Arts


Patrick Söderlund is the Chief Design Officer and has a company-wide role focused on driving EA as a creative pioneer, and leading EA’s strategy on the future of gaming. He is responsible for delivering next-generation game designs with EA Worldwide Studios, technology innovations with EA’s central technology teams, and driving EA’s marketing teams on creative content and meta-game experiences. In addition, Patrick leads EA Partners and the EA Originals program, and oversees EA’s cross-disciplinary research and strategic innovation lab, SEED.

Patrick has always embraced change and is a willful pursuer of the new – challenging the status quo and nurturing a creative culture at EA. In his role, he is continually sharpening our creative core, fueling our future pipeline and positioning EA to lead the disruptions and evolution to come in our industry.

Prior to his current role, Patrick led EA Worldwide Studios, EA’s collective of studio teams located around the world. The studios develop and deliver some of the most popular games in the industry, including Battlefield, the EA SPORTS portfolio,Star Wars Battlefront , Need for Speed, The Sims, Plants vs. Zombies and Mass Effect. He is a founder of Refraction Games, the studio that founded the Battlefield series, which was later acquired by DICE. As its CEO, Patrick transformed DICE from a small team to one of the most successful game developers in the world.

Patrick previously played for Sweden’s national volleyball team and is an avid skier.

Laura Miele, Chief Studios Officer


Laura Miele is the Chief Studios Officer and leads EA’s Worldwide Studios. The studios are working on some of the most popular games in the industry, including Battlefield, Star Wars, Need for Speed, the EA SPORTS portfolio, The Sims, Bejeweled and Mass Effect. Laura brings her expertise to empower transformative innovation at the creative heart of EA to deliver amazing games and experiences for our players around the world.

In more than 22 years with EA, Laura has held a variety of strategic leadership roles across publishing, marketing and analytics. Previously, Laura Miele served as Executive Vice President of Global Publishing overseeing publishing and customer experience for Electronic Arts. Laura has also led EA’s Americas Publishing organization, overseeing EA’s product and marketing campaigns in the region. Additionally, Laura served as General Manager of the Star Wars business and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, working with EA development teams and overseeing packaged goods and digital releases. Her leadership and work on multi-platinum franchises such as Battlefield, Dragon Age and Need for Speed contributed to Laura’s recognition on AdAge’s “Women to Watch” list.

Laura serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and also leads the EA Women’s Ultimate Team to promote gender diversity and equality both inside and outside the organization.

Chris Bruzzo, Chief Marketing Officer


Chris Bruzzo is the Chief Marketing Officer, where he leads the Marketing, Publishing & Analytics organization that is expanding EA’s reach to more players, connecting them to leading games and services, and building long-lasting relationships with our brands and franchises. Chris is responsible for the marketing of EA’s global brands, global publishing and demand planning, analytics and insights, and marketing communications.

Chris is a proven brand visionary and thought leader, having held leadership positions at Starbucks and Amazon.com. During his tenure at Starbucks, Chris was the architect of the Starbucks digital experience, building award-winning loyalty and personalization programs that created deep connections with customers. At Amazon, Chris oversaw marketing and public relations teams and led a team of software developers responsible for Amazon Wish Lists and gift registry services.

Chris is also the executive sponsor of SomosEA, the Latino employee resource group, supporting a culture where Hispanic/Latino employees thrive and creating access to opportunities in gaming for the Hispanic community. Chris holds a degree in political studies from Whitworth University.

Ken Moss, Chief Technology Officer


Ken Moss is the Chief Technology Officer of EA, leading the strategy and vision behind EA’s Digital Platform, Frostbite Engine and Information Technology organizations. In this role, he oversees mechanisms to ensure the most seamless experience for players, including Identity & Fraud, Security, Data, Games Services, Infrastructure, Mobile Platform and the Frostbite Engine to drive the future of the gameplay experience.

Prior to joining EA in 2014, Ken led the global Marketplace Technology, Science and Data organization at eBay where he ran the global end-to-end services platform that powers eBay across all devices. Before his time at eBay, Ken spent 20 years at Microsoft, where he founded and led the engineering and product teams on Search and held roles with MSN and Microsoft Excel.

Ken holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and is a lifelong gamer.

Mala Singh, Chief People Officer


Mala Singh serves as Chief People Officer for EA where she focuses on developing EA’s talent and cultivating the company culture. In this role, Mala oversees Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Facilities and Corporate Services.

Prior to this role, Mala spent three years as Chief People Officer at Minted where she helped to define the culture and grow the creative and technical teams during a high-growth period for the startup. Mala began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, serving in Human Resources roles in Asia, Europe and North America. She previously spent five years in various HR leadership roles at EA.

Mala lives in the Bay Area with her family.

Jacob Schatz, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary


Jake Schatz serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of EA, overseeing all legal, public policy and government affairs for the company.

Since joining EA in 1999, Jake has held a variety of legal roles within the company, most recently as its Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. He serves on the board of the Entertainment Software Association, the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy and the environmental non-profit Ten Strands.

Jake earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and received his B.A. in Government from Pomona College.

Joel Linzner, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Affairs


Joel Linzner serves as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Business Affairs where he manages EA’s partnerships and business development around the world. Prior to joining EA in 1999, Joel served as outside litigation counsel to EA and several other companies in the videogame industry.

Joel is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts. Joel earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, after graduating from Brandeis University.

Ken Barker, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer


Ken Barker has been Electronic Arts’ Chief Accounting Officer since 2003. Previously, he was at Sun Microsystems as their Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Ken also served as an Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche.

Ken is on the Board of Directors for Corsair Memory and is a member of the advisory board for the Department of Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame. Ken is also on the Audit Committee for Gatepath, an organization that works with children and adults with special needs and disabilities.

Matt Bilbey, Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth


Matt Bilbey is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth for Electronic Arts and brings executive focus and leadership to key strategies that will drive scale and growth for EA in the future. This role includes leadership initiatives such as EA’s competitive gaming division, Asia growth and expansion, EA’s player network strategy, and the Origin platform.

Most recently, Matt was Chief Operating Officer for EA’s Worldwide Studios organization. Over the course of his 20+ years at EA, Matt has held roles across many areas of the business, from game development to marketing to operations, and worked with teams across the whole global organization.

Earlier in his EA career, Matt led the global marketing teams for the EA SPORTS FIFA franchise, and then moved into the development leadership role for the franchises developed at EA Vancouver and EA’s development studios across Asia.
